Separate from the salary assessment application portal, there are other salary related requests that need to be completed by form.

Service increment allowance
Secondary school teachers can apply for a service increment allowance if they:
- don't hold any permanent salary units, and
- have completed three or more years at the top step of the salary scale for their qualification group, and
- are in qualification group 4 or 5; or
- in group 1, 2, 3 or 3+ and have completed a level 5 qualification or higher after their last salary assessment.
Area school teachers can apply for a service increment allowance if they:
- don't hold four or more permanent salary units
- have completed three or more years at the top step of the salary scale for their qualification group, and
- are in qualification group 4 or 5; or
- in group 1, 2, 3 or 3+ and have completed a level 5 qualification or higher after their last salary assessment.
