End of Year – everything you need
We collect information toward the end of each year to make sure all employees are paid correctly over the term four holidays.
We need to know the answer to four simple questions:
- Is your school's term four end date correct?
- Which employees' jobs are ending (terminating) in term four?
- Which continuing employees will have a last day this year that is different to your school's term four end date?
- Have you booked annual leave for your 52-week workers?
You can tell us this in EdPay when the End of Year screen opens on 15 October 2025.
You must have submitted all of the information into EdPay by 5pm, Wednesday, 19 November 2025 at the latest.
