EdPay or form?

Much of your payroll work can be done directly in EdPay, which is quick and easy to use, and your changes can be seen immediately. However, there are some tasks that require Smart Forms to be completed and submitted through the School Account Team.

  • If EdPay is unavailable, forms can be used.
  • In most cases, a form is required for retrospective changes, i.e. changes backdated to a previous pay cycle.
  • You can see on our Forms page which activities can be completed in EdPay, and which require forms.
