We wanted to let you know that EdPay will be unavailable this Wednesday evening and to give you advanced notice of a payroll calendar date change in pay period 7.
EdPay unavailable evening of 22 May
EdPay will be unavailable between 5.30pm-10pm on Wednesday 22 May while we make an update to the system.
Pay period 7 Out of Cycle (OOC) date changes
The Matariki public holiday is on Friday 28 June 2024 and because of this the OOC cut-off and payment dates will be one day earlier than usual.
- OOC cut-off: 12pm, Wednesday 26 June 2024 (instead of Thursday 27 June)
- OOC payments paid: Thursday, 27 June 2024 (instead of Friday 28 June)
