Complete switch-off of Novopay Online on 20 October
The complete switch-off of all remaining NOL functions is happening one week from today, on 20 October.
For more information about these functions, visit the transition to EdPay page
If you need help, you can:
1. check out our quick-start guides and videos on our training page
2. call your friendly payroll advisor on 0508 668 6729.
Note: for all payroll changes that require a NOVO form to be submitted, these will still be available on their normal page on the Novopay website. We will continue to accept these.
What you need to download in NOL before the switch-off
There are two reports you'll need to download in NOL – if you haven't already:
- SAAR (school annual accrual report) – download and save a copy of the 2020 SAAR (28 January 2020 – 27 January 2021)
- leave liability reports – download and save a copy of the 2020 Leave liability reports
Submit an EdPay5 for any new EdPay users
If you have an administrator who does not have access to EdPay and needs it, submit an EdPay5. If they need access to timesheets and leave only, select the ‘timesheet and leave administrator’ online access type. You can find an EdPay5 on the forms page
End of Year opens in one week in EdPay
The opening of End of Year functions in EdPay is also on 20 October. You’ll find the 2021 End of Year Toolbox on the home page of our Novopay website
