Issue uploading CSV files

We have heard that some schools are experiencing issues uploading CSV files to EdPay. This is due to a Microsoft update that changed month abbreviations from three digits (eg, Sep) to four digits (eg, Sept).

Microsoft is working on a solution, but the short-term workaround is to change your computer’s language setting to Australia.

Follow these instructions to change your computer’s regional format to Australia.

Instructions

  1. Open Settings. (You can either click the Start button and select the Settings gear icon, or press the Windows key + I.)
  2. Select Time & language from the left-hand menu, then click on the Language & region section.
  3. Scroll down to the Regional format tab, click on the arrow to open the options, then select English (Australia) from the drop-down menu. 
  1. You may need to close and reopen the applications (eg, Excel and Chrome) for the changes to take effect.
