Issue uploading CSV files
We have heard that some schools are experiencing issues uploading CSV files to EdPay. This is due to a Microsoft update that changed month abbreviations from three digits (eg, Sep) to four digits (eg, Sept).
Microsoft is working on a solution, but the short-term workaround is to change your computer’s language setting to Australia.
Follow these instructions to change your computer’s regional format to Australia.
Instructions
- Open Settings. (You can either click the Start button and select the Settings gear icon, or press the Windows key + I.)
- Select Time & language from the left-hand menu, then click on the Language & region section.
- Scroll down to the Regional format tab, click on the arrow to open the options, then select English (Australia) from the drop-down menu.

- You may need to close and reopen the applications (eg, Excel and Chrome) for the changes to take effect.
