Transaction reporting
Schools have asked us to have everything online and in one place. With the intention of having all features in one online home, EdPay is moving away from static pdf reports, in favour of live dashboard-type screens. The first of these are the timesheet and leave transaction histories.
Currently there is:
- a Timesheet overview showing submissions from the current pay period (can be downloaded to CSV)
- a Timesheet history showing timesheet transactions back to the start of the previous year. This can be filtered by employee, date worked, or date submitted (can be downloaded to CSV)
- a Leave history showing leave transactions reaching back to the start of the previous year. This can be filtered by employee or leave type (can be downloaded to CSV)
Online transaction histories:
- show a live transaction history
- show entries reaching back to the beginning of the previous year
- have a filterable dashboard view, that can be downloaded or printed
- have high accuracy due to increased validations around aspects like pay codes and leave reasons
