Holidays Act remediation payments

The Ministry of Education is addressing non-compliance with the Holidays Act 2003 to ensure current and former school employees receive what they are owed.

While the Ministry continues to work to fully address Holidays Act errors, it is making a series of payments based on initial estimates for some current school employees. Remediation payments for former employees will be made at a later date.
