Forms portal
Available to beta schools from 11 August 2026 and all schools from 8 September.
Our online forms portal lets you send some payroll requests to us online, instead of downloading, completing and emailing pdf forms.
When you use an online form, you can:
- track your ticket’s progress
- communicate with your Payroll Advisor
- update your request if you need to.
You’ll do all this in the forms portal.
EdPay
You’ll still use EdPay for anything you already do there, such as updating an employee’s contact details.
PDF forms
Some payroll requests will still need printable pdf forms, such as setting up a new authorised user using the EP5 form. This is because these forms need to be signed by an employee or a third party.
Accessing the forms portal and training
Beta schools can access the forms portal through EdPay from 11 August 2026.
All schools will be able to access the forms portal by clicking the forms portal button at the top of this page, or through EdPay from 8 September 2026.

We’re confident you’ll find the forms portal easy to use, but we recommend setting aside some time to look through the training materials first.
