This week we’re giving you advance notice of your school’s ACC levy and a reminder about the rollout of single sign on for EdPay.
EdPay-ESL linking – go live reminder
EdPay-ESL linking goes live tomorrow afternoon, Thursday 24 July. Please make sure you have everything you’ll need to complete the linking process (ESL account, MFA app, MOE# and EdPay email address).
ACC levy – advance notice of your school’s invoice and direct debit
Your school’s 2025 ACC employer levy is due on 9 September 2025. From 13 August, you can download your school’s 2025 ACC levy invoice from EdPay (EdPay > Reports tab > ACC EoY report > 2025 invoice). We will remind you about these dates in the next newsletter and on EdPay.
The levy amount covers work-related injuries for employees who are paid from operational grant funding and is calculated at a rate of $0.26 per $100 of leviable earnings. The levy will be deducted from your school’s account on 9 September 2025. Please make sure there are enough funds in the account on that date.
